403 (b) MATCHED SAVINGS PLAN | The Duncan Regional Hospital 403(b) plan allows Team Members to contribute up to $16,500 of basic compensation per year to a tax sheltered annuity. DRH will match employee contributions made to the plan dollar-for-dollar up to the first 5% deferred. | Immediate participation. All Team Members. |
TUITION AND BOOK REIMBURSEMENT | Courses eligible for reimbursements are those that will enhance the skills in your present position or be career steps that would benefit work performance at DRH. | All Full-Time Team Members upon completion of six months of employment. |
RN EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM | DRH offers a subsidized salary plan for up to twenty hours per pay period for Team Members pursuing a degree in Nursing. | All Full-Time Team Members who have been accepted to an accredited RN program and are currently enrolled in twelve academic hours. |
