ELIGIBILITY

PAID DAYS OFF

Accrue at 10% of regular paid hours. Accrual rate increases after 5 years. May be used for any time off - sick, vacation, personal, etc.

Accrual begins immediately. Paid days off may be used after 90-days of employment. Must be Full-Time.

HEALTH/DENTAL INSURANCE

Comprehensive plans for Team Members and dependents. Major medical, inpatient, outpatient, physician visits, pharmacy, etc.

LIFE INSURANCE

Hospital provided policy equal to 1 times your annual salary.

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE

You may purchase additional coverage for yourself, spouse, and child(ren). $10,000-$250,000 in coverage at group rates. Includes critical illness benefit.

LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE

Provides income in the event of disability. Plan pays up to 60% of your income beginning on 91st day off work.

403 (b) MATCHED SAVINGS PLAN

The Duncan Regional Hospital 403(b) plan allows Team Members to contribute up to $16,500 of basic compensation per year to a tax sheltered annuity. DRH will match employee contributions made to the plan dollar-for-dollar up to the first 5% deferred.

TUITION AND BOOK REIMBURSEMENT

Courses eligible for reimbursements are those that will enhance the skills in your present position or be career steps that would benefit work performance at DRH.

All Full-Time Team Members upon completion of six months of employment.

RN EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

DRH offers a subsidized salary plan for up to twenty hours per pay period for Team Members pursuing a degree in Nursing.

All Full-Time Team Members who have been accepted to an accredited RN program and are currently enrolled in twelve academic hours.

JURY DUTY

Full pay when serving on regular scheduled workday.

Immediate participation. Full-time and Part-time Team Members.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Leave of absence with approval for medical, personal, military, family, and education.

Varies, depending on type of leave.

TEAM MEMBER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Provides free, confidential counseling services to Team Members and dependents.

WELLNESS CENTER

This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with Paramount and Precor cardio-strengthening machines and is conveniently located on the DRH campus. Monthly memberships are available through payroll deduction.

Full-Time for benefit purposes is a regular schedule of 60+ hours per pay period (every two weeks).
