Chisholm Trail Hospice, a service of Duncan Regional Hospital, has provided quality end-of-life care for Stephens County and surrounding areas since 1985.

Chisholm Trail Hospice is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to offering a comprehensive program for palliative (comfort) and supportive care for Stephens County and the surrounding areas. Our medically directed, interdisciplinary team includes: the patient, his or her family, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and volunteers. We provide medical care and comfort to terminally ill patients and their families in their home environment. We establish pain management and symptom control as clinical goals, and understand that psychological and spiritual pain are as significant as physical pain.

Thanks to the generous support of our community, we are able to serve anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay.
