Patient Experience Representative FLOAT(Solutions)032

Job Summary: Greet, instruct and direct patients and visitors.  Register new patients. Prepare chart to forward to medical staff. Receive payments from patients, issue receipts. Reschedule patients. Serve as liaison between patient and medical support staff. Schedule appointments for patients. Collect dictation, letters and medical records. Copy, fax and mail medical records. Pull charts, generate encounter forms for following day's appointments.

Job Requirements: Knowledge of business office procedures. Skill in office equipment. Knowledge of clinic payment policies and procedures. Ability to speak clearly and concisely. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic and numeric systems. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public. Requires prolong standing or sitting.
