Patient Satisfaction Guide: Our patients' complete satisfaction with their care is a priority to our organization. Duncan Regional Hospital has partnered with NRC (National Research Corporation), a leading vendor in healthcare satisfaction measurement and improvement of services, to ensure our patients, families, and visitors receive excellent care clinically, and emotionally.
To measure satisfaction within our organization a NRC survey is mailed to a random sample of our patients once he or she is discharged. The survey feedback is used for process improvements. This feedback is vital in meeting and exceeding our patients' expectations.

The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison and facilitates communication between patients, family/friends, and medical staff. If patients or families have concerns about their care, we encourage them to voice their concerns. The Patient Advocate is present within the facilities of the hospital during the day, Monday through Friday. The Patient Advocate may be reached at:
