Patient Satisfaction Guide: Our patients' complete satisfaction with their care is a priority to our organization. Duncan Regional Hospital has partnered with NRC Picker (National Research Corporation), a leading vendor in healthcare satisfaction measurement and improvement of services, to ensure our patients, families, and visitors receive excellent care clinically, and emotionally.
To measure satisfaction within our organization a NRC Picker survey is mailed to a random sample of our patients once he or she is discharged. The survey feedback is used for process improvements. This feedback is vital in meeting and exceeding our patients' expectations.
