Job Summary: The Team Leader serves as a working lead coordinating activities of workers or service employees engaged in food operations or services at smaller less complex facilities of commercial, health care facility, school, campus or other establishments. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Also assists in monitoring employee productivity, orients and trains employees. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution. Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties.

Job Requirements: Must have the ability to read, write, and do basic math.  Should have good communication and organizational skills.  Previous experience preferred.  Should have the ability to be able to stoop, bend, and stand for 75% of shift.
