Access Primary Care and Specialty Services at
Low or No Cost to You
SoonerCare covers primary care, specialty services and mental health services. Patients are able to receive several patient visits per month at no-cost or low-cost.
What is SoonerCare?
SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) is a health coverage program jointly funded by the federal and state government. This program helps pay some or all medical bills for many people who can’t afford them. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is the state agency that administers the program and determines financial eligibility for the program.

Maternity
Maternity care covered under SoonerCare includes your important prenatal care and regular doctor's visits. Also, you and your baby's care at the hospital as well as post-natal follow-up care for moms.

Preventive Care
Routine doctor appointments such as visiting your primary care doctor once a year or receiving age-appropriate routine cancer screenings.

Urgent Care
Not all accidents or illnesses require an emergency room. Often times, a physician or provider in an urgent care setting can provide care.
