Health & Dental Insurance
We offer comprehensive health and dental plans for our team members and their dependents. Our benefits include major medical, inpatient and outpatient services, provider visits, pharmacy care and more.
Several individual products are available for purchase by benefit eligible Team Members. These insurance products are offered so that you may choose the benefits that you feel are necessary to protect your family and maintain your lifestyle in the event of an unforeseen crisis.
Matched Savings Plan
The Matched Savings Plans allow Team Members to contribute up to the IRS limit of basic compensation per year to a tax-deferred retirement plan (post-tax Roth Contributions are also available). Contributions made to the plan are then matched dollar-for-dollar up to the first 5% deferred. There is no waiting period to enroll and participants are immediately vested in safe-harbor matching contributions. Individuals who are age 50 or over can make annual catch-up contributions of up to the IRS limit.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Team Members immediately begin to accrue Paid Time Off equal to 10% of their regular worked hours. For example, if you have 64 regular worked hours, you accrue 6.4 hours of PTO. PTO hours are not available to part-time [below 60 hours per pay period], occasional, PRN or temporary Team Members.
Life Insurance
Benefit eligible Team Members are provided with life and accidental death insurance in the amount equal to one time their annual salary.
Pharmacy Discount
DRH Health team members and their family members enjoy a discount at Star Pharmacy for prescriptions. Conveniently located at 2340 W Elk Ave. Suite 10, just north of the Emergency Room. Almost all prescriptions can be filled the same day they are requested.
