Duncan Regional Hospital’s Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center provides intense rehabilitation through physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with daily physician oversight and rehabilitation nursing. Our multidisciplinary treatment team designs an innovative plan of care focused on your specific needs for recovery.
We are dedicated to returning every patient to their optimum level of function and to maximize independence through sustained recovery after discharge.
For certain patients, acute rehabilitation is the best setting for intensive treatment toward recovery and a return to independence. Patients who benefit from intensive care in an acute rehab setting may have experienced the following:
