Childbirth: The Journey Begins

A free childbirth class for new parents.

• Nutrition and Exercise
• Stages of Labor
• Breathing and relaxation
• Pain Control
• Newborn Care
• Timing Contractions
• Postpartum Care
• Breast Feeding

Classes are taught by Birth Center Nurses.  Dress comfortably.  Bring a support person to class with you. This class is FREE but pre-registration is required, Call the DRH Health Education Center at 580-251-8893 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
